Welcome to Pensrick Cavaliers

On this site you will find a snapshot of who we are, why we have Cavaliers, and how we care for them. Pensrick Cavaliers is made up of nearly a dozen Cavaliers and we, the care takers, are Penelope Liebeler and Rick Fellows. They are truly a gift in our lives and would never be without Cavaliers if possible. We saw our first Cavalier in 1993 at the Puyallup fair and were smitten! Our dogs are healthy and have their heart and their eyes checked annually by specialists. Their hips and patellae are certified by OFA, and no dogs are used for breeding without this certification. We believe in doing our part to keep the breed sound and healthy and we are proud that our oldest bitch born on Aug 1, 1995 is still medication free!  We are long time members of Cavaliers of Puget Sound and Rick is the past President of the Board of Directors. You will find us at most shows in the area and occasionally we get as far as California and Georgia to show. We have about three litters a year so we are small and personal. Our dogs share our home in the Summit area and our plans include a new attached building so we can have males and females with more comfort. We welcome questions about our Cavaliers.
